Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5-7 business days following inspection and will be credited to the original payment method.

• Customers bear the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are permitted for size or color discrepancies. Should your item not fit as anticipated, you may request an exchange.

• If the exchange is necessitated by customer selection error (e.g., incorrect size or color), a nominal processing fee of ₹99 will be applicable.

• Set and combo products must be exchanged in their entirety; individual items within a set cannot be exchanged separately.

• Only the items explicitly mentioned in the exchange request will be collected. Providing additional or incorrect items will result in the cancellation of the pickup.
